Here’s What Kangana Ranaut Said About Karan Johar’s Shershaah

Everybody is praising Dharma Productions’ latest film Shershaah. Directed by Vishnu Varadhan and produced by Karan Johar, the film made millions of Indians emotional and proud. From critics to the audience, everybody had nothing but praise worth things to say about ‘Shershaah’. And now, actor Kangana Ranaut too has posted something about the film.

Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar are known to have a bitter relationship. Keeping their history behind, Kangana praised his film. In her first Instagram story, she wrote about the Kargil Hero. Kangana wrote, “National hero Vikram Batra was a Himachali boy from Palampur, very popular and loved soldier. When the tragedy happened, news spread like wildfire in Himachal, it slid through our hearts. As a kid, I remember being tormented for days.”

In another Instagram story, she went on to praise the film and everyone who worked on it. Kangana wrote, “What a glorious tribute @sidmalhotra. Congratulations to entire team. It was a big responsibility and you all excelled.”

Well, Kangana Ranaut and Karan Johar might belong to different schools of thoughts, they have always respected each other’s art and love towards cinema. Karan had once said in an interview, “So much has been said about Kangana, me and some kind of rivalry or simmering tension. But at every public event we’ve met, we’ve greeted each other graciously. whatever may have been said or insinuated in print, I think I’m too old and wise to hold any kind of malice in my heart for anybody. As a filmmaker, I respect Kangana’s talent, craft and what she brings to the table.”

Talking about Shershaah, the film stars Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani in lead. The film is streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
