When Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar’s wedding pictures surfaced online, people speculated that Shibani is pregnant. The duo got married according to Christian customs in February and for her special day, Shibani wore a gorgeous red gown while Farhan looked handsome in a tuxedo.
After reading the pregnancy rumours floating in the media, Shibani took to her Instagram story and addressed the same. She shared a mirror selfie and flaunted her abs as she wrote, “I am a woman. I am not pregnant. It was tequila.”
Even her younger sister Apeksha Dandekar made a mention of tequila in her Instagram post. Sharing a few pictures of the newly wedded couple on Instagram, Apeksha wrote in the caption, “Congratulations Shibu and F! If your wedding day(ssss) was anything to go by, your life together will be beautiful and full of so much love… Now put down the tequila and get back to work! Lots of love to you both.”
Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar got married on February 19 at an intimate ceremony, attended by family and close friends.
