While the release of Adipurush is round the corner, another Bollywood film based on Ramayana is in talks. A few reports are floating in the media which state that Nitesh Tiwari is working on Ramayan and has allegedly considered Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt as Ram and Sita. Meanwhile, KGF star Yash will reportedly play Ravan. Amid the reports, Alia was also spotted meeting Nitesh Tiwari at this office. While the film has not yet been put on floors, the audience has already rejected the casting. People are not convinced with Ranbir and Alia playing Lord Ram and Sita respectively while Yash seems to be a suitable role as Ravan.
A netizen called it the “Worst casting in the history of cinema.”

Suggesting a better casting, a fan wrote, “A big NO to Alia bhatt…Sai Pallavi would be the perfect choice ..”

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are a real-life couple. They fell in love while shooting for Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. After dating for about four years, they tied the knot on 14th April 2022. A few months later, they welcomed a baby girl named Raha.
Alia and Ranbir shared the screen space for the first time in Brahmastra. While the film performed well at the box office, fans weren’t impressed with Alia and Ranbir’s chemistry.
