The pre-release event for “Jawan” took place in Chennai yesterday, and Shah Rukh Khan stole the spotlight with his grand entrance. The actor chose a casual yet stylish ensemble, radiating charm in a white T-shirt paired elegantly with a sleek black jacket and jeans. The look was completed with a pair of fashionable shades.
The audience erupted in excitement over Shah Rukh’s captivating performances, setting the stage ablaze. Pictures and videos of the event were shared by Red Chillies Entertainment, accompanied by the message, “The love, the whistles, the energy… Thank you for all the memories, Chennai. Until next time! ‘Jawan’ is set to release worldwide on September 7, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.”
Meanwhile, SRK’s co-star Ridhi Dogra posted an image and expressed her admiration, “You sweat, work bloody hard but are always smiling, gentle, and patient. And never say no for a selfie. I’m glad you were, are, and will always be my number 1 Hero. Be blessed, SRK. Love you so much. #Jawan7thSeptember2023.”
Following the Chennai event, SRK is scheduled to grace a grand event in Dubai. Announcing this earlier in the week on Instagram, SRK wrote, “Jawan ka jashn main aapke saath na manau yeh ho nahin sakta. Aa raha hoon main Burj Khalifa on 31st August at 9 PM and celebrate Jawan with me (Of course I will celebrate Jawan with you all. I am coming to Burj Khalifa on August 31).” He also encouraged his fans to don the color of love (red) for the event, stating, “And since love is the most beautiful feeling in the world, toh pyaar ke rang mein rang jaa and let’s wear red…what say? Ready?”
Apart from Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal roles, “Jawan” also features a special cameo by Deepika Padukone. The ensemble cast further includes Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Lehar Khan, Aaliyah Qureshi, Ridhi Dogra, and Sunil Grover.
