It was one of the most awaited films of 2021 and now has become the most anticipated film of 2022. What’s new is that the makers have finally decided to launch the first official poster of the movie and as per reports, have also organized a big event for the same. Fans can expect to know all the big details about the film including the release date of the film in the event itself.
“Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are planning to launch the first poster of “Brahmastra” at a special event in Delhi on December 15. As the makers have already teased that they will announce the big screen release date soon, they plan to announce it at the event itself”’ sources added.
Talking about her experience of working with Ranbir she said, “My experience has been nothing short of magic.”
She further added, “have always looked forward to working with Ranbir because I have always admired his work. He is a complete actor. He is so honest; his eyes are so honest that you cannot give a dishonest performance or a false take if you are working with him. Whatever you see of Ranbir on camera, you see none of it off-camera. There is no process. He just comes and unleashes himself on camera. There’s an extreme honesty to his performance.”
While fans waited with bated breath for the release of the film, many took to their social media accounts to ask the makers what took them so long to release the film. Apparently, the announcement of the movie was made almost 7 years back, but not much has been heard about the movie.
A user commented, “When this film was announced to release I just started my first year of university. Since then I’ve graduated. Successfully launched a startup which is now in its second year whilst this film still hasn’t been released. “
“Okay, so we’ve been hearing about #Brahmastra for 7 years now. And guess what, we still don’t know the exact release date. We don’t even know whether the film is complete or not. I just hope all the hard work & wait to pay off,” read another tweet.
Directed by Ayaan Mukerjee, the movie is touted to be one of the big releases of 2022. The sci-fi movie is a trilogy, with Ranbir playing ‘Shiva’, a man with supernatural powers. It also casts Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy among others. The fantasy adventure, produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Fox Star Studios, will release in five languages – Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. According to reports, the final schedule of ‘Brahmastra’ will be filmed in Budapest.
