While the duo has not confirmed their wedding plans, Athiya Shetty’s father Suniel Shetty talked about the same during an event.
When Suniel Shetty was asked about Athiya Shetty’s wedding plans, the actor said, “She is a daughter. She will get married sometime. I want my son also to get married. The sooner the better. It’s their choice.”
Commenting on Athiya Shetty’s boyfriend KL Rahul, the superstar said, “As far as KL Rahul is concerned, I love the boy. And it is for them to decide what they want to do, because times have changed. Beti aur beta dono hi responsible hai (My daughter and son are both responsible people). I would like them to take the decision. My blessings are always there for them.”
According to the media reports, KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty will reportedly get married in December in an intimate ceremony. Meanwhile, fans can’t wait to see this adorable couple walk down the aisle and make promises for a lifetime.
