Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan was currently shooting for his action project Project K when a terrible mishap happened. The upcoming action movie starring Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Prabhas is in talks as the characters’ poster has been revealed and the movie is also set to release by year-end.

Today a mishap took place on the sets. As Amitabh Bachchan was shooting an action sequence when he got injured. His ribs cartilage broke and a muscle tear in his right ribcage. He was quickly rushed to the nearest hospital in Hyderabad and the shooting was canceled on an immediate basis. Later he flew back home and is now recommended to rest for some days.

He later said that there was some pain in breathing and in movement and some pain medications are also given to him. Till then the shooting is postponed. He also thanked fans for sending best wishes at his home Jasla in Mumbai.
Recently a source close to the film told an online portal, “The vision and plot point of Project K is so big that the makers have decided to make it a 2-part film. While the first part will establish the world and conflict of this magnum opus, the entire drama will unfold in the second half, much like what happened in the Bahubali Franchise. Project K is envisioned as the biggest film of Indian cinema with a conflict like never before and celebrates the 50 years of producers, Vyjayanthi Movies”.
