Popular Bollywood lyricist Atiya Sayyed has tied the knot with Khalid Shaikh. The wedding ceremony took place in Mira Road, Mumbai on 13th November and several celebrities from the entertainment industry marked their presence to bless the newly wedded couple. Nagma Akhtar, Rushad Rana, Naveen Prabhakar and Aslam Khan are just a few to name.
Atiya has penned songs for many Hindi films like ‘Teri Bhabhi Hai Pagle’, ‘Dosti Ke Side Effects’, ‘Jolly 95, ‘The Conversion’ and others. Her latest project was ZEE5’s film ‘Silence’ that stars Manoj Bajpayee in lead.
Atiya is the sister of music composer and singer Altaaf Sayyed, who best known for the songs ‘Naino Ki Baat’ and ‘Kitna Maza Hai’.
Atiya wore a beautiful pink lehenga for her special day. She paired it with golden jewellery with a touch of green contrast. The bride was all smiles as she posed with her husband Khalid during the ceremony. Atiya is an ambitious woman and will continue to work after marriage. Reports suggest that she has many interesting projects in the pipeline.
