Shilpa Shetty makes her OTT debut with Rohit Shetty’s cop-drama ‘Indian Police Force’. The actress shared the news on her social media on Saturday. The actor will play a cop in the series which stars Sidharth Malhotra in the lead. Sharing the news, the actress gave a glimpse of her look from the series to her fans.
Sharing the picture the actress wrote, “Ready to set the OTT platform on fire for the first time. Superrr Thrilled to join The Action King Rohit Shetty in his Cop Universe!”.

Shilpa Shetty’s role will mark the first female police officer in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe.
Recently, the lead actor Sidharth Malhotra also shared his look from the series. The fiction series pays an ode to the selfless service, unconditional commitment, and fierce patriotism of our police officers across the country who put everything on the line in their call of duty to keep us safe. Speaking in his recent interview about his digital debut with Indian Police Force, Rohit Shetty said “Indian Police Force is a very special one for me and I’ve been working on it for years. I’m delighted to be collaborating with Amazon Prime Video to breathe life into this story which will transcend geographies and linguistic barriers, providing me an opportunity to showcase the same to audiences worldwide. On the work front, Shilpa Shetty was last seen in Hungama 2, co-starring Paresh Rawal, Meezaan Jaaferi, and Pranitha Subhash. She was also seen as one of the judges on the TV reality show Super Dancer Chapter 4, alongside choreographer Geeta Kapoor and filmmaker Anurag Basu. The actress will next be seen in Sabbir Khan’s upcoming film Nikamma.
