Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor who is currently riding the success of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film, Animal, is now collaborating with Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty. A series of pictures featuring Ranbir Kapoor in a “cop avatar” is now making rounds on the internet. Following the viral pics many netizens speculated if Ranbir is joining, Rohit Shetty’s cop universe.
In the viral pictures, Ranbir Kapoor was seen wearing a mustache and donned a cop uniform as he posed alongside Bollywood filmmaker Rohit Shetty. While the two had collaborated for an advertisement, many netizens expected and expressed their wish for the collaboration of the duo.
Reacting to the viral pictures a user commented, “OMG…!! super excited..!! love u ranbir sir..!!”, “Its is a hint for the cop universe”, one user wrote, “It would be our pleasure to see Ranbir Sir as a role with character of a police officer”, another user commented, “May He join Cop universe in Singham 3..”.
For the unversed, both Ranbir and Rohit had collaborated for an advertisement and not for a film.
Ranbir Kapoor-Konkona Sen Advertisement
Apart from this, Ranbir recently grabbed the headlines after a few pictures of the actor alongside his Wake Up Sid co-star Konkona Sen went viral which fueled the rumors about the sequel of the film, Wake Up Sid. However, the collaboration of the duo is also expected for an advertisement and not for a film.
On the work front, Ranbir was last seen on the box office blockbuster hit Animal. He is rumored to have signed Nitesh Tiwari’s film, Ramayan alongside Sai Pallavi and Yash. Apart from this, Ranbir also has Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra 2.
