Bollywood actor Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan got married to her long-term boyfriend, Nupur Shikhare on 3 January 2023. The couple tied the knot in an intimate wedding ceremony attended by their close ones and family. However, what caught the attention of most, was the groom Nupur Shikhare’s wedding attire.

Nupur Shikhare “jogged” to his wedding venue wearing a vest and a pair of shorts. Donned in a super casual and sporty look, Nupur Shikhare was brutally trolled by the netizens for attending his wedding wearing just a vest and shorts.

Slamming Nupur Shikhare a user commented, “Dont care how down to earth or hippie u r but a freaking vest n shorts after running to ur wedding shows she has self-esteem issues n low standards to marry him”, one wrote, “Is this guy for real? He should respect every religion..I wish the girl also wear shorts and a tee in hindu ceremony”

The wedding ceremony on 3rd January was held at Santa Cruz to Taj Lands End. The wedding ceremony will be followed by a reception in Mumbai, attended by friends from the film industry. As per the reports, a grand wedding ceremony is planned in Udaipur on January 8.
