Beyonce Shares Uplifting Message To Healthcare Workers Battling The Coronavirus

The songstress 'Crazy In Love' dedicates a version of 'When You Wish Upon A Star' to Healthcare staff battling the coronavirus, while Ariana Grande and Demi Lovato performed a Classic Disney Song.

Beyonce Knowles’ surprise appearance on “Disney Family Singalong has pleased fans. The TV special, which was billed as a star-studded affair with Ryan Seacrest as the host was extra special on Thursday evening April 16 with Queen Bey showing up into the show.

The presence of “The Lion King (2019)” star was not announced ahead of time. The former Destiny’s Child member showed up to perform the classic song “When You Wish Upon a Star”, which she dedicated the healthcare workers fighting the coronavirus in America.

“Hello to all of the families across the world. I’m very proud and honored to be a part of the Disney family and to help present the ‘Disney Family Singalong’ in partnership with Feeding America,” the 38-year-old singer greeted viewers at home, before introducing her song, “I’d like to dedicate this song to all the healthcare workers who have been working tirelessly to keep us healthy and safe. We greatly appreciate you.”

She expressed an uplifting message once she finished singing. “Please onto your families tight. Please be safe, don’t give up hope. We’re going to get through this, I promise. God bless you!” she told the viewers.

Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera, Michael Buble, Kristin Chenoweth, Luke Evans, Josh Gad, John Stamos, Darren Criss, and Amber Riley have all starred in the “Disney Family Singalong.” Each one of them selected a classic Disney song to perform from quarantine, as home viewers sang along. The goal of the event was to raise awareness for a charity Feeding America while entertaining people keeping in mind social distancing.
