For the uninitiated, Alia is the daughter of Bollywood filmmakers Mahesh Bhatt and Sonia Razdan. In a conversation with Vogue India, Alia was asked if she had any advice for getting ahead in the industry. She said the only thing she can do is build a body of work, which hopefully proves that she belong in this industry. She further added that she always credits herself for getting an “easy start” early in her career. And of course it will take you to the room, but then it’s up to you to work in that room. She , “The audience is actually the best judge of talent. ” You may come from a land of prestige that supports you, but the audience will ultimately decide whether you belong there or not,” according to Alia Bhatt.
