Despite running massive, and setting new records at the Indian box office, the Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule did not sit right. A recent report revealed of a major ruckus between the film makers and PVR INOX theatres, that led to PVR deciding to take the film down from all the theatres across the North India.
Allu Arjun’s blockbuster film is busy winning hearts across the nation, but as per a recent announcement it was disclosed that makers of the film recently landed into a verbal fight with PVR INOX following which the theatre chain decided to remove all Pushpa 2 shows from North India. This shocking news came to light after trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan took to his X account to inform the public writing, “BREAKING: Pushpa 2⃣ REMOVED✖️ from all PVR INOX chains in North India from Tomorrow.”

However, just before fans and follower could begin a discussion on the word, he again came to his X account with another tweet mentioning that the issue has been resolved. His next post read, “BREAKING: Pushpa 2️⃣ PVR INOX agreement issue now resolved✅ Shows opening slowly one by one⏳,”. Though the factual reason did not come out in a crystal clear format so far, but it definitely garnered massive attention from netizens. The tweet alone gained 1 million views, which speaks of the intensity of the matter as well as the significance held by Pushpa 2.

Shows opening slowly one by one⏳
Speaking of the actual reason, a netizen commented to the analyst’s post that this could be something in relation with the upcoming release of Baby John. The user wrote, “Real reason is Distributer AA Films Anil thadani has mentioned that exhibitions should run same shows from Tomorrow till Thursday (1 week ) Now PVR-Inox distributing Baby Johns on extra commission with Jio studios is releasing on 25th Dec so seems like they are backing baby Johns To show unity Cinnapolis 2nd largest national chain is standing with them“. But, the thread holds no authenticity as it does not come from a promising source. So far public is stunned and is continuing to assume different facts as the reason behind it.
