TilluSquareBoxOffice: Directed by Mallik Ram the highly anticipated sequel, Tillu Square, following Siddu Jonnalagadda’s DJ Tillu, was finally released in the theatres on March 29. After its theatrical release, the Telugu film opened up to “positive reviews” and took a flying start at the box office. And now the film has finally crossed the 100cr mark globally at the box office within just 9 days.

As per Sacnilk.com, the Telugu comedy-romance, Tillu Square earned a whopping, ₹ 11.2 Cr on its opening day (first day) at the box office. The film earned approx. ₹ 21 Cr through its first weekend (Saturday-Sunday) at the box office, and approx. ₹ 49.25 Cr through its first week.
Seeing further growth the film earned approx. ₹6.75 Cr during its second weekend (Saturday-Sunday) at the box office. The Telugu film now stands at a domestic total of approx. ₹ 58.10 Cr. Meanwhile, the film crossed the 100cr mark globally within just 9 days, and the worldwide box office total of the film now stands at approx. ₹ 101.4 Cr.

Talking about the film, Tillu Square serves as the follow-up to the 2022 movie “DJ Tillu”, with Siddu Jonnalagadda returning to his role, alongside other actors such as Muralidhar Goud, and Praneeth Reddy Kallem, reprising their respective roles from the original film.
Meanwhile, Anupama Parameswaran takes on the female lead. The storyline of Tillu Square tracks Tillu’s life as it takes an unexpected turn following a perplexing murder.
