Directed by cinematographer Karthik Gattamnen, the much-awaited Telugu film, Eagle was finally released in theatres on 9th January. Starring South actor Ravi Teja the film opened up to positive reviews from the moviegoers and the audience. Following the same, Ravi Teja’s film, Eagle took a decent start at the box office beating Rajinikanth’s film Lal Salaam with its opening day collection.

Following the positive response, the film took a decent start at the box office beating Rajinikanth’s film, Lal Salaam. As per Sacnilk.com, Eagle earned a total ₹ 6 Cr on its opening day, while comparatively Rajinikanth starrer Lal Salaam took a slow start at the box office. However, both Eagle and Lal Salaam are expected to see growth during the upcoming weekend (Saturday-Sunday).
