After ‘Baahubali 2’, Prabhas Only Delivered Disastrous Movies – Here’s The List Of Films That Left Producers In Tears

Like Often Happens When Someone Becomes Famous Quickly And Achieves Great Things, Prabhas Faced An Unexpected Change In His Career Path

Prabhas, a well-known actor, left a strong impression on Indian cinema with his remarkable achievements in “Baahubali” and its follow-up “Baahubali 2.” These two movies, when they came out in theaters, made Prabhas a highly successful figure in the film world. The grandness, storytelling, and excellent filmmaking of these movies made them stand out and set new standards for success.

However, like often happens when someone becomes famous quickly and achieves great things, Prabhas faced an unexpected change in his career path. Despite his earlier successful films after “Baahubali,” he later experienced a tough phase with a series of unsuccessful movies. The end of the “Baahubali” series seemed to signal the end of a golden period for him. His later projects struggled to match the immense success he had once enjoyed.

One of the most anticipated films after “Baahubali 2” was “Saaho.” It was released in 2019 with a massive budget of around Rs 350 crore. Although the movie did decently at the box office, it left many fans wanting more excitement.

“Radhe Shyam,” another important film, came out in 2022. Despite having a budget between 300 to 350 crores, it earned around 220 crores. This significant difference in earnings was disappointing for both the makers and Prabhas himself.

In 2023, Prabhas released his third film, “Adipurush,” which faced challenges due to controversies. The public’s feelings towards the film turned negative, leading to poor box office performance. The makers had to apologize for accidentally hurting sentiments. Even with a budget of Rs 500 crore, “Adipurush” collected only 450 crore.

Despite these setbacks, Prabhas’s devoted fans continue to support him, hoping for a return to his previous box office success. They are looking forward to the release of “Salaar” this year, hoping it will rekindle Prabhas’s success. Additionally, Prabhas is preparing for another significant film in 2024, “Kalki 2898 AD.”

Prabhas’s career journey shows the unpredictable nature of the film industry, where both successes and challenges are common. As his fans eagerly anticipate his upcoming projects, their hope remains strong, reflecting their belief that his films will once again capture audiences’ attention and achieve new milestones.
