South industry actor Kiccha Sudeep is currently promoting his upcoming film ‘Vikrant Rona’. Meanwhile, during his recent interaction with the media, the actor revealed that he checked upon Salman Khan after he received death threats. Apparently, the two actors share a good bond with each other, as during the conversation Kiccha was seen complementing the Dabangg actor for his nature.
Kiccha Sudeep Says He Contacted Salman After He Got Death Threats
‘Vikrant Rona’ actor Kiccha Sudeep recently shared how he contacted the Bollywood actor Salman Khan after the latter received death threats. For the uninitiated, Bollywood actor Salman Khan received death threats soon after the Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala got assassinated by Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang members. Last month the actors father, Salim Khan received a threat letter that cited “Moosa Wale jaisa kar dunga (Will make you like Moose Wala),”.
Kiccha Sudeep opened up about the matter in an interview with India.com, and said, “I checked on him. I know this thing about him that if he gets a chance then he will go out alone, he will go out cycling alone. But this is not his decision, it is the responsibility of the people who love him and of the police department to keep him safe. He has lived his life like this. He has lived his life the way he wants to. He is a harmless man. He is a straightforward man.”
For the unversed, the actors have earlier worked together in their film Dabangg 3 and the duo shares a good bond with each other. Recently, the actor mentioned that his equation with Khan is beyond cinema. He said: “I was in Mumbai. He knew I was doing this film and showing the showreel to some companies. When I met him later, he had already heard from people and asked me to see the film. He liked it. In fact, he took a clean interest in the Mumbai market. He called his team to help us and asked me, ‘do you want me to come to shoot for you?’ I just said the maximum you can do is present the film because I didn’t want to ask for anything more. We are like brothers. Our equation is beyond cinema.”
Vikrant Rona is a mystery thriller-packed film set to release in 3D on 28th July. The film will be screened in five languages. The movie will be distributed in North India by PVR Pictures and presented by Salman Khan films, Zee Studios, and Kichcha Creations.
