Actress Priyanka Chopra may have been away from Bollywood for a while, but her presence in the industry is still strongly felt. Recently, a behind-the-scenes video from the Simi Garewal show has emerged, capturing a funny incident where Priyanka’s hairstylist interrupts her interview while the cameras are rolling.
Simi Garewal, who shared the video, captioned it as “RENDEZVOUS GEMS! Priyanka Chopra. #Throwback.” She further adds, “She doesn’t ‘sit still’ anymore. She is ubiquitous. She is Priyanka Chopra Jonas. She is a global star – on the covers of magazines, on screens, and in our hearts. It is we who ‘sit still’, in awe, while applauding her phenomenal success!”
In the video, Priyanka expresses, “So difficult being a girl. I wish I was a guy sometimes. Real, nothing, no stress. Just throw on a pair of jeans and a tee and just come.” Simi responds, “These days guys are doing a lot.” Priyanka asserts, “They can never do as much as we have to do. We have to sit so stiff so that one curl doesn’t go out of place.”
As the interview progresses, Priyanka’s stylist unexpectedly enters the frame, prompting Simi to say, “Excuse me, we’re rolling!” Priyanka also questions him, saying, “Take chal raha hai, aap kya kar rahe ho (We are rolling, what are you doing)?”
On the work front, Priyanka was recently seen in the series Citadel and the romantic comedy Love Again. She will be next seen in the films Heads of State and the Hindi production Jee Le Zaraa.
