Comedian-actor Pete Davidson and the model Elsie Hewitt are officially going to be parents. On Wednesday, Elsie confirmed the news in a very personal and humorous way through Instagram.
Sharing a carousel of sweet photos and a video from her ultrasound appointment, the model captioned the post, “Welp now everyone knows we had sex.” The announcement came shortly after TMZ broke the news citing close sources.
The couple was first linked to be dating in March after getting spotted together enjoying some beach time in Palm Beach, Florida where paparazzi caught them swimming and kissing, as reported by People. Things moved fast for the pair who reportedly moved in together by May. According to TMZ, Elsie is due this winter and both families have recently been informed.
Elsie Hewitt, a model and actress, has appeared in shows like Industry and Dave, and she also runs a foodie Instagram page called Elsie Eats. Also, currently she has been working on several projects including Billy Knight with Al Pacino.
Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt make headlines now for very different reasons than Davidson’s past high-profile relationships with celebrities like Ariana Grande and Kim Kardashian. The comedian who lost his father during the 9/11 attacks and has openly shared his struggles, has long talked about wanting to become a dad. In a past interview with Kevin Hart, he said, “It’s gonna be so fun to dress up a little dude. I’m so excited for, like, that chapter.”
With their first child on the way, Davidson and Hewitt are starting a new phase stepping away from the spotlight of tabloid drama and into parenthood together.
