Sachin Tendulkar took to his Instagram to share what he has been up to amid the nationwide lockdown because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The nationwide lockdown due to the novel coronavirus pandemic has forced people to stay indoors to combat the spread of the disease. Amid the lockdown, everyone is picking up an activity to keep themselves at bay from the boredom and it is the same with India’s batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar.

The former Indian batting legend took to his Instagram to give us a sneak peek of what he has been up to in this lockdown. He shared pictures of himself holding a plate full of beetroot kebabs made by his daughter Sara Tendulkar. The 47-year old former India cricketer thanked his daughter for the ‘fabulous’ kebabs and also mentioned that it took only 60 seconds for him to finish off the plate.

Sachin posted the pictures with the caption, “Gone in 60 seconds! Thanks for the fabulous beetroot kebabs @saratendulkar.” Soon after Tendulkar uploaded the pictures on Instagram, his fans flooded the comments section with heartwarming and drooling messages.

Tendulkar also posted on his Instagram story where he revealed that his daughter also made Tabbouleh salad. He shared the picture alongside a note which read, “This was over before we could say Tabbouleh.”

Speaking of Sachin Tendulkar, the legendary cricketer took retirement from international cricket in 2013 after serving for 24-years and making major records.

The cricketer who is regarded as the God of cricket is the first male cricketer in the history of cricket to have scored double-hundred in an ODI match.

The batting maestro is the only player in the history of cricket to have scored 100 international hundreds.

Meanwhile, Tendulkar has pledged to feed 5000 people for a month who have been adversely affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
