On Monday, Kim Kardashian took to her Instagram with a bunch of photos from the celebration of the Ambani wedding. In the series of images, Kim shared a picture, posing charmingly, with Lord Ganesha’s idol used as a prop. The picture showed Kim resting her face on the Hindu deity’s idol while she posed for an elegant picture.
Kim faced a lot of criticism for posing with Lord Ganesha as her prop. People asked her to take down the image and showed utter disappointment on the same.
A Reddit user, later claimed that she had deleted the picture from her account after receiving so much backlash from the community. The user captioned the post with the ‘now deleted’ picture with, “Not Kim using Ganesha as a prop for her trashy photo ops. Ambani wedding – the conclusion: PhEras. This woman needs to get a clue and FAST. Nita Aunty, educate your guests.”
Although Kim has deleted the image now, so far many Indian users have seen it already and are expressing criticism of the same. Reacting to the Reddit user’s post, a user commented, “Lol she doesn’t care why would she? She’s there due to a contract she’s got no desire to respect Indian culture or learn about it.
For the post-wedding celebration of Anant Radhika’s wedding, Kim wore a charming gold and ivory lehenga-choli, by Manish Malhotra. She matched her outfit with equally attractive jewels and accessories. The Kardashian sisters have flown back to their home now but persistently sharing snaps from the Indian event.
