Prasanth Varma’s much-anticipated and highly-awaited film, Hanuman was finally released in the theatres today on 12th January 2024. The Telugu action-adventure film starring, Teja Sajja opened up to positive reviews from the public and the critics. Following the same, recently the IMDb rating of the Telugu film was released, and surprisingly the film’s IMDb rating was higher than Mahesh Babu’s film, Guntur Kaaram which was released on the same day.

After receiving positive reviews and reactions from critics and the public, Prasanth Varma’s action-adventure film, Hanuman’s IMDb ratings are now out. The film received 8.5/10 on IMDb. For the unversed, the IMDb rating of Hanuman is higher than Mahesh Babu’s film, Guntur Kaaram. Guntur Kaaram which was also released today on 12th January was rated at 6.9/10, which is a lot less than Teja Sajja starrer Hanuman.

The Telugu film features the story of a man who finds an imaginary place called Anjanadri where a gem grants him access to Lord Hanuman’s inexhaustible powers. Teja Sajja plays the role of Hanumanthu, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar plays a character named Anjamma, Amritha Aiyer as Meenakshi, and Vinay Rai as Micheal.
