HanuMan, Guntur Kaaram, Captain Miller And Merry Christmas Box Office Collection: Teja Sajja’s Film Earns Rs 55 Crore

Despite being a small-budget film, "HanuMan" is drawing significant audiences to theaters, causing a dip in the collections of major films.

Teja Sajja’s latest film, “HanuMan,” is creating waves at the box office, raking in an impressive amount. According to Sacnilk, the movie has already earned a whopping Rs 55 crore in India. It is giving tough competition to other films like “Guntur Kaaram,” featuring Mahesh Babu, “Captain Miller,” a Tamil movie directed by Dhanush, and “Merry Christmas,” a bilingual Tamil-Hindi film starring Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupati.

Despite being a small-budget film, “HanuMan” is drawing significant audiences to theaters, causing a dip in the collections of major films. According to Sacnilk’s early estimates, the movie successfully passed the first Monday test, earning Rs 14.50 crore at the box office.

The film’s box office journey saw a positive trajectory, starting with Rs 8.05 crore on Friday, followed by a spike in collections with Rs 12.45 crore on Saturday and Rs 16 crore on Sunday. The movie’s total earnings in India have now reached an impressive Rs 55.15 crore.

In comparison, ‘Guntur Kaaram’ has collected Rs 83 crore in India, ‘Captain Miller’ earned Rs 30.45 crore, and ‘Merry Christmas’ has garnered approximately Rs 11.38 crore nett in India.

“HanuMan” has garnered exceptional reviews from fans and critics alike, earning praise from all corners. Helmed by Prasanth Varma, the film stars Teja Sajja in the lead role, supported by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Amritha Aiyer, and Vinay Rai in key roles. The movie portrays the story of an ordinary man who unexpectedly gains superpowers, discovering newfound strength within himself. As he embraces his abilities, he takes on a formidable supervillain, turning his ordinary life upside down in a battle between good and evil.
