Bollywood’s favorite and one of the most influential social media personalities, Orhan Awatramani, aka Orry, has been booked by Jammu & Kashmir police. He allegedly consumed alcohol near the Vaishno Devi shrine. Him and 7 more people were found consuming alcohol at a restricted area in Katra, which is against the norms.
News agency ANI reported about the news where it was mentioned, “As per police, FIR was registered against eight people, including socialite influencer Orhan Awatramani aka Orry, for allegedly consuming alcohol in a hotel located in Katra.” Talking about the other people accompanying him, it was noted that an American Anastasila Arzamaskina, was also one of the friends who accompanied Orry in the state. The hotel room where those eight people were found consuming drugs and alcohol, carries strict rules for not allowing non vegetarian food, and liquor based products due to the existence of the holy shrine Vaishno Devi in close proximity. ‘

“A special team, under the supervision of SP Katra, Dy SP Katra, and SHO Katra, was formed to investigate the matter. Notices will be sent to all accused individuals, including Orry, instructing them to join the probe. SSP Reasi has reiterated that anyone violating the law, especially by indulging in activities like alcohol or drug consumption at religious sites, will be dealt with strictly”, said a Reasi Police official.
Actions are said to be taken against each individiuals post the notices will be sent. An FIR (No. 72/25) has been lodged at the Katra Police Station, listing Orry, Darshan Singh, Parth Raina, Ritick Singh, Rashi Dutta, Rakshita Bhogal, Shagun Kohli, and Arzamaskina as the primary accused.
