The actress rose to fame after her participation in Bigg Boss OTT and often makes headlines for her bold fashion choices and quirky outfits. Urfi took to her Instagram story today to make the announcement about her new name. She told her fans that while the pronunciation of her name remains the same, she has made some minor changes in the spelling of her name. Urfi Javed has now requested people to write her name as ‘Uorfi Javed’.
Uorfi Javed wrote on Instagram, “Hi guys, so I’ve officially changed my name to Uorfi, it’ll be pronounced the same as Urfi! Just the spelling change. Just want everyone to be mindful while writing my name now so that even I’m mindful. (Keeps forgetting at times). Thank you, Love, Uorfi.”
Uorfi had updated her new spelling on Instagram a few weeks ago but has made the official announcement today.
