After a lot of speculations, Bigg Boss OTT makers finally revealed the identity of their first contestant and it’s none other than popular singer Neha Bhasin. The singer, who was part of Viva girls, has been officially announced as the first contestant in Karan Johar’s show.
Just a few minutes back, Voot shared the first promo of Neha as the official contestant and with this crazy announcement; we can safely say that madness has finally begun.
Neha who kickstarted her career in the prominent pop band Viva, is known for her work in Bollywood and her popular project includes Jag Ghoomeya, Swag Se Swagat, Chashni, Dil Diyan Gallan, Dhunki, and many more.
With just one week left, the makers recently gave a sneak peak of the Bigg Boss OTT house and it looks incredible. Meanwhile, to spice up the new digital version the showmakers roped in filmmaker Karan Johar to host the mini version of the controversial show for the first 6 weeks.
Talking about hosting the popular show, Karan said, “My mom and I are huge Bigg Boss fans and wouldn’t miss it for a day. As a viewer, it keeps me hugely entertained with dollops of drama. For decades now, I have always enjoyed hosting shows and now with Bigg Boss OTT… it will surely be Over the Top. It’s my mother’s dream come true.”
He added, “I hope I can live up to the audience’s and my friends’ expectations make Weekend Ka Vaar with the contestants an enjoyable affair in my own style and up the ante on the entertainment quotient.”
Bigg Boss OTT will be all about connection. The contestants participating in the show will share some kind of connection with the person he or she will be entering the show. Although they have to play their games individually to be in the game.
The new format will give the common man the uncommon powers by enabling them to handpick contestants, tasks and exit from the show.
