Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh recently appeared on the much-talked-about chat show, Koffee With Karan season 7, during which the actor was seen praising the Bigg Boss OTT contestant and internet sensation, Urfi Javed for her very unique fashion sense. Talking about her the actor said, that it would be a nightmare for her if she were to repeat an outfit too soon.
Ranveer Singh Praises Urfi Javed On Koffee With Karan
During the very first episode of Karan Johar’s chat show, Koffee With Karan season 7, actor Ranveer Singh shared some very interesting conversations with filmmaker Karan Johar and his Gully Boy co-star Alia Bhatt. Meanwhile, during the rapid fire segment, Karan asked Ranveer, “Whose nightmare does this sound like – repeated an outfit too quickly?” Without taking time Ranveer named Uorfi Javed. Alia was surprised by the answer and she asked, “Would it be her nightmare?” Ranveer nodded in a yes while Karan said, “Oh, she is in new cuts all the time. ” Ranveer also said, “Yeah, she is a fashion icon.”
Meanwhile, during the last segment of the episode, Ranveer shared about his own dressing style and how he remains unbothered from being judged for how he appears or what he wears. He said, “ I just express myself freely, and without the fear. I am liberating from being judged, I dress for myself and I feel good in what I am wearing and that’s most important.”
On the other hand, it doesn’t have to be mentioned that Urfi is indeed the talk of the town for her very ‘unique’ dressing sense. The actress is known for her sartorial choices and her DIY videos in which she’s often seen making her outfits out of different materials, however, the videos of the Bigg Boss ex-contestant have been brutally trolled and criticized by the netizens for her over scandalous and revealing outfits.
But it seems that Urfi is unbothered by most of the trolls as even earlier the actress has been called out by many celebrities from the industry for her dressing sense and Instagram videos. However, the actress never shies away from speaking her mind and pays no heed to those who troll her for her fashion experiments. From being abused by netizens to receiving death and rape threats, Urfi has been subjected to all kinds of negativity. However, she hits back at her haters in style.
Urfi currently enjoys over 3 million followers on Instagram. Recently, she was in the news as she has beaten many celebrities like Kangana Ranaut, Kiara Advani, and even the Baahubali actor Prabhas in the list of Google Top 100 Most Searched Asians. Urfi has attained the 57th spot surpassing major B-town actors.
