Sony Entertainment Television’s popular singing reality show Indian Idol Season 12 has always brought fantastic talents across the nation. In the upcoming weekend, the ‘mallika-e-ishq, Rekha will be gracing the show on the sets of Indian Idol season 12 and it will be a tribute to the most famous actress of Bollywood. Rekha who is termed as the evergreen charm who constantly watches the show was off in awe with the performances that were specially dedicated to her and her life journey. She will be seen having a gala time with the talented singers and the judges on the stage.
Sayali with her glorious performance on the song ‘Katra Katra Milti Hai Katra Katra Jeene Do’ was not only appreciated by the judges but she was also honoured by Rekha Ji on the show. Rekha Ji was not only overwhelmed by her performance but as a gesture, she gave Sayali a token of appreciation, tied gajra on her hair and praised her with a shawl. Sayali parents were extremely proud of her, especially witnessing the love that she is receiving from Rekha Ji.
While acknowledging her performance Rekha said, “You have a fabulous voice. When you sing, ‘Ek nayabsi quality’ which is very unique from others. I can recognize your voice immediately no matter wherever I am proud that we have such talents in India.”
Adding on to it she also mentioned, “My mother used to keep cloves and elaichi in her purse and whenever I always asked her for pocket money, but I used to never spend that money because the fragrance of my mom used to be on that coin. Due to her shoots, we used to meet quite less, I have missed her a lot and so during that time all the festivals we used to celebrate together on the day she is back from her work.”
