As of now, both Zaid and Gauahar took to their official Instagram handles and made this news official by announcing their engagement with each other. In the picture, we can see Gauahar holding the heart shaped balloon. On the balloon, “She Said Yes” has been written and the couple captioned the sweet picture of themselves with the emoji of a ring.
Zaid Darbar is the brother of popular choreographer Awez Darbar and son of legendary bollywood music composer Ismail Darbar. During an earlier interview with a leading digital Indian entertainment website, when Ismail Darbar was asked about the same, he said, “If Zaid and Gauahar get married, why won’t I give aashirwad to Gauahar? If Zaid wants to marry her, why would I object? Zaid is nearly 29, he knows what he’s doing. In fact, that’s exactly what Ayesha told him. She told him that if he’s happy we’re happy too, and he is old enough to decide what’s good for him”.
In a recent interview with a digital entertainment portal about the same, lauding his lady love and girlfriend Gauahar, he said, “She has a very strong bond with my family and it’s vice versa even they have. They love her and you have no idea how much they do. She is close to us, but I feel the entire world loves her. My entire family, my dad, mom, sister, brother, everybody loves her. My younger sister adores her and she always says I want to be like Gauahar.”
