“One thing that I have learned from her and others should also learn is her attitude of not giving up. I have read about her struggles. When she couldn’t lift the weights in the previous Olympics, she worked on herself and won silver this year. I have understood that no matter how many times we fail, we shouldn’t give up and keep trying. Eventually, we will achieve our goals one day,” he further told.

Recalling the moment when he interacted with Mirabai, Nischal said, “I congratulated her for her victory at Tokyo Olympics 2021 and she replied very humbly. It was a very short meet because everybody wanted to congratulate her and click a picture with her.”
