Rupali Ganguly has become the face of household; she has won the hearts of people and has encouraged many homemakers to pursue their dreams through her serial ‘Anupamaa’. Anupamaa is the show with the highest TRP. The audience is curious to know about the upcoming twists and turns in the serial. With Rupali Ganguly leading the serial, there are many other characters who are responsible for taking the serial ahead. Characters have complex relationships on-screen, but off-screen, they share a profound bond with each other. Anupamma, played by Rupali and her on-screen son Toshu played by Aashish Mehrotra have a weird mother-son relationship, but in reality, they are very close friends with each other. In a recent interview with Telly Chakkar, he outlined his bond with Rupali Ganguly.
He talked about the beautiful bond they shared. Rupali is the person with whom Aashish can rely and share everything without fear; in fact, Rupali is one of his closest confidants. Their bond is filled with care, love, and affection. But when they are shooting, they are in their respective roles, and after the cut, they are back to friends. They both feel like family to each other.
Rupali and Aashish are always open about their friendship and update everything on their social media accounts. A few days ago, Rupali shared a joint birthday post for Ashish, she wrote, “To the sane and insane in you. On the other hand, Aashish also shared a birthday post for Rupali on April 5. He shared a photo of him lifting her up, and she put a kiss on his cheek. He captioned it, “Kehte hain ki sacche rishton ko achchi tasveeron ki nahi, Sachai ki zarurat hoti hai. Ek apne woh hote hain, Jinse jab milo to waqt teher jata hai. Humare beech bhi kuch aisa hai pyaar jismein hum poori tarah se shaamil hain. Apnapan jo ek tight se hug mein family hone ka ehsaas dilata hai. Shukriya aapka inn chaar saalon mein mera saaya.. mera gumaan hone ke liye… anupama hone ke liye. Love you lots my fellow Arian. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MERE KHAAU. On the screen, Aashish as Toshu has a completely gray character, which has been getting darker day by day and has created a problematic phase between Anupama and Toshu.
