In a recent interview, Ritesh Sidhwani confirmed the return of "Munna Bhaiya" in Mirzapur 3, but there's a twist.

The highly anticipated return of the captivating crime drama, Mirzapur, has been generating buzz ever since the conclusion of its second season. Audiences are eagerly awaiting the unraveling mysteries of the new season, especially after the makers teased the first look at a recent event. Amidst the excitement, Ritesh Sidhwani from Excel Entertainment hinted at the comeback of the beloved character, Munna Tripathi.

During the Film Companion Front Row discussion, Ritesh Sidhwani was questioned about the possibility of Munna Tripathi, portrayed by Divyenndu, returning in Mirzapur Season 3. Initially seeming improbable due to the character’s exit in the previous season, Sidhwani’s hint sparked speculation among fans.

Sindhwani said, “Regrettably, Munna Tripathi can’t return to the series in the expected manner, however, there’s something in the works that promises to reintroduce Munna to the audience in an interesting way. You’ll just have to wait and see”.

Divyenndu’s portrayal of the formidable gangster, Munna Tripathi, garnered critical acclaim, solidifying his position as a prominent figure in Mirzapur. His abrupt departure in the second season left fans surprised and craving for further developments.
