Kelly Clarkson joked about her outfit and weight loss in her recent stage performance. The host of “The Kelly Clarkson” Show went viral on TikTok due to this joke of hers. Singer Kelly was having her performance on the stage when a fan cum audience offered her a shot of Vodka, but she found it difficult to bend down on her knees in that outfit. Kelly fig out in a black jumpsuit and open hair for the evening.
She told him that it was getting difficult for her to kneel down. She said, “Oh, boy. I really can’t bend in these, Dude, this is tight. Like, I lost weight, and they’re like, ‘Let’s get you into this tight s**t.” Then Kelly took that bottle and before taking a sip she made another comment saying, “My thighs gonna come out.”
A few months ago, she shared her weight-loss journey when she lost about 40 pounds of weight. She moved to New York City and the city itself is like a workout for her. Raising her children, River and Remington, is quite a task and a like workout for Kelly. She also shared some insights about her weight loss in a recent interview with people. She mentioned that workout was not a heavy part of her weight loss. She added, “I dropped weight because I’ve been listening to my doctor — a couple years I didn’t. And 90 percent of the time I’m really good at it because a protein diet is good for me anyway.”
Kelly had a thyroid issue, but now she is quite normal. She said that she had stopped taking medicine, and she suggested a book which she read that helped her throughout her healthy journey. “The Plant Paradox” (by Steven R. Gundry, MD) this book is about how we should cook food which will be purely organic without pesticides and all. And Kelly is successful in adapting to a healthy life.
