Jack Harlow had his number one hit within a year of rising to stardom because of his collaboration with Lil Nas X on the track Industry Baby. It seems he is also close to other famous celebrities including Pete Davidson. Pete Davidson, who is mostly known for his contribution to the Saturday Night Live show, has recently called it quits after being a cast member for eight years. He is currently one of the most in-demand celebrities in Hollywood.
One striking feature of Pete Davidson is that he never really sugar-coats his words when he has to express his opinions on any topic. Pete is widely well-liked so it was not unusual when Jack Harlow revealed that they are close friends. Pete also surprised a few Harlow’s fans during his concert in Los Angeles this year.
Jack Harlow talked about his friendship with Pete while speaking a new mini-essay for TIME. Jack Harlow revealed that Davidson was the reason why he was able to make an appearance on Saturday Night Live last year. Harlow said, “A couple of years ago, I was on FaceTime with a girl who said she and her friend were with someone who wanted to meet me. She passed the phone, and suddenly I was looking at Pete Davidson. He told me we had to meet. I agreed.”

He continued, “After a few months of knowing each other (but never meeting), Pete successfully pushed to get me on SNL, which was a genuine dream come true for me and my family. I grew up watching the show with them and got to bring them on set. My mom was in tears. The night before the show, I went over to Pete’s apartment and he made my friend and me laugh until our stomachs hurt. I felt like I was experiencing elite comedy up close and personal.”
Harlow is of the opinion that Pete is mostly liked because of his honesty and how authentic he is. Pete is open about who he is. Harlow continued, “It’s a classic recipe for success and connection. I would consider myself truthful, but being around Pete makes me want to continue to reach even further for the most real version of myself.” “We don’t have another one of him. He’s daring, thoughtful, and simply hilarious. And he’s only 28. An icon with so much more left to accomplish,” he concluded.
