How Kylie Jenner Effortlessly Lost 40 Pounds In Just 3 Months!

The fashion mogul recently opened up about how she gained 60 pounds post the delivery of her second child. Here's everything Kylie has been doing! Read to know more!

The social media star recently welcomed her second child with partner Travis Scott, a baby boy and since then, has maintained a very low profile image, as against her first delivery of baby girl Stormi, Kylie was seen within a month after her daughter’s birth, flaunting her rock-solid abs. While a few days back, Kylie herself took to her Instagram story to give updates on her weight loss journey post the birth of her second born.

The fashion mogul didn’t shy away and shared how she had amassed around 60 pounds after the birth of her son. Along with that, she also revealed how she’s coping up with all the extra pounds and perhaps, even shared with her fans, her process of shedding those extra pounds. “Down40lbs (prayer hands emoji) just trying to be healthy and patient. Walking/pilates is my favorite combo.” read her insta story.

After taking much deserved rest post the delivery, the 24-year-old resumed her gym routine within 6 weeks of her son’s birth. Sharing about the same, she said, “I just want to say to my postpartum moms that postpartum has not been easy, it’s very hard. This experience for me personally has been a little harder than with my daughter,” Kylie, 24, said in a series of selfie videos via Instagram on Tuesday, March 15. “It’s not easy mentally, physically, spiritually … it’s just crazy.” she added.

She had even posted a video of herself wearing black sweatsuit, doing her staircases workout. She said, “I didn’t want to just get back to life without saying that, because I think we can look on the Internet and for other moms going through it right now, we can go on the Internet and it might look a lot easier for other people and, like, the pressure on us, but it hasn’t been easy for me either.”

“It’s been hard. And I just wanted to say that. I didn’t even think I’d make it to this work out today, but I’m here and I’m feeling better, so you’ve got this,” she added. Sharing a message to all the new moms out there, Kylie said, “It’s OK not to be OK. Once I realized that I was putting pressure on myself, I just keep reminding myself that I made a whole human, a beautiful healthy little boy, and we have to stop putting pressure on ourselves to be back. Not even physically, just mentally after birth. So just sending some love.”

Apart from workout, Kylie usually starts her day with 16 oz. of celery juice and waits for almost 30 minutes before consuming anything else. She also effectively indulges in detoxifying the body with the help of various teas, that helps with bloating and water retention. Also, cutting out of diary was a game changer for her, as she’s lactose intolerant and that really helped her slim down fast.
