Cameron Diaz is one of the most famous Hollywood actresses best known for her roles in Knight and Day and Charlies Angels, the actress decided to retire from showbiz in 2018 to spend more quality time with her family, her husband Benji Madden, and her daughter Raddix. While Cameron decided not to make a comeback in acting anytime soon, she was not able to do so as he was convinced by Jamie Foxx to work on a project back in November 2022.
Jamie and Cameron have known each other for a long time and he convinced the actress to star alongside her in the action comedy “Back in Action.” The film is already in the works and is being filmed in London, but not everything is going smoothly as Jamie had a meltdown on the sets, which led to three people being fired.
As per the reports, Cameron does not have any problems with Jamie, but it is possible that she will not be taking on any other acting projects as she does not like being away from her family and hates the on-set drama that happens now and then.
As per the reports from Daily Mail, the actress is planning to leave acting once again after her work in “Back in Action” is complete. According to a close source, “These back-to-back 10-hour workdays have been a lot on her, and she hated being away from Raddix. Cameron loves being a mom more than anything in the world.” It was also revealed that the project was thrown into turmoil because of Jamie’s meltdown and three people were fired.
Cameron married Benji Madden back in 2015 and the couple welcomed a baby girl in 2019, the actress decided to quit acting in 2018 to spend more time with her family.
As per the reports of Daily Mail, Cameron’s husband Benji has been a lot supportive of everything that she does and respects her decision, but the actress’ decision to star in a movie has been quite hard on him. According to the source, “Although she has gotten to see her family while shooting the film, it is just not the same.”
