Bollywood is full of surprises, and they often unfold with time. Recently, an interesting story came to our notice when it was reported that Sanjay Dutt went to hit Rishi Kapoor. As we all know, Sanjay Dutt was in love with Tina Munim, and during a throwback interview with Stardust Magazine, he talked about his love.
“My girl has been linked with so many men that it is physically impossible for any woman to cope with so many of them in such a short time. I have not defended her blindly. Each time I’ve heard or read about her, I’ve gone insane with anger – but most of the time, she has managed to convince me that what I’ve heard is not true. I love her too much not to believe her. One has to trust somebody sometime, and I trust her,” Sanjay said.
But Sanjay was so obsessed with Tina that he thought Rishi Kapoor was having an affair with her. Together with Gulshan Grover, they hatched a plan to hit Rishi, and they even went to his house, but Rishi’s fiancée saved him.
In the biography of Rishi Kapoor, “Khullam Khulla,” it was mentioned, “It’s true. Sanju was having an affair with Tina Munim at the time, and he thought that Chintu (as Rishi is referred to by his friends) was having one with her too. Sanju and I were like brothers, and he told me one day, ‘We have to go to Chintu’s house and beat him up’. We went to do that, but his fiancée Neetuji managed to convince us that Chintu was not in any such relationship. So we left,” actor Gulshan Grover is mentioned as saying in the biography. Gulshan is famous for playing a villain in various Bollywood films.
On the other hand, Gulshan revealed his relationship with the two actors in old interview with DNA, “Though we are in touch, it’s not the same anymore. I adore Chintu and keep meeting him. But with Sanju, the problem is I would keep giving him correct advice and he does not like that, so he creates situations where he can avoid those very people who give him good advice (laughs).”
