Bollywood actor Kiara Advani never misses her daily workout regime in order to stay in shape. Watch her tough workout video as she sweats it all in the gym.
Kiara once told in an interview that she makes it a point to never miss her workout. And when she is not working out, she prefers to dance or take a walk. Her typical workout regime is of one hour which includes a bit of cardio, functional training, squats and push ups. She once told, “For me personally, it’s about taking care of myself. I think even if I wasn’t an actress I would be just as particular about my fitness regime and my skincare regime.”
Kiara made her Bollywood debut with 2014 film Fugly. However, she grabbed everyone’s attention with her brief role in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story.
Kiara also starred in hit film Kabir Singh and Good Newzz. Both of them released in 2019. She was later seen in Netflix web-series Guilty.
