Vicky Kaushal is a self-made man. He struggled his way up to make a name for himself in the Bollywood industry. He began his career by assisting director Anurag Kashyap and then went on to do minor roles in two of his films. He got his first role as a leading actor in the 2015 film ‘Masaan’. Vicky rose to fame in 2018 with his films ‘Raazi’ and ‘Sanju’. And in 2019, his performance in Uri: The Surgical Strike’ made him a star and got him the National Award as well.

Vicky is reliving some good old memories from his acting school on social media. He has reshared a throwback video where he can be seen performing a play with Shireen Mishra.

The video was originally shared by actor Shireen Mirza during her ‘Ask Me Anything’ session on Instagram. Shireen, who played the role of Simmi Bhalla in the Star Plus show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, captioned the video, “Jab hum chote bachhe the (when we used to be kids).”

In the next video, she apologised to Vicky for posting the throwback video and wrote, “folding hands already for posting this ha ha ha.”

Resharing the video, Vicky wrote, “Good old acting school days (2009).”

Vicky recently got married to actress Katrina Kaif in Rajasthan. On the work front, he was last seen in Sardar Udham, based on the life of Indian revolutionary Sardar Udham Singh.
