Actress Swara Bhasker and her politician husband Fahad Ahmad have entered the world of parenthood with the arrival of their precious baby girl, whom they’ve lovingly named Raabiya. Swara Bhasker took to her social media on Monday to share the joyous news with her fans.
Swara posted a series of adorable images featuring herself, Fahad Ahmad, and their bundle of joy. She captioned the post with these beautiful words: “A prayer heard, a blessing granted, a song whispered, a mystic truth. Our baby girl Raabiyaa was born on 23rd September 2023. With grateful and happy hearts, thank you for your love! It’s a whole new world.”
The post received a shower of love and warm wishes from fellow celebrities. Actress Tillotama Shome couldn’t contain her excitement, exclaiming, “Ohhhh sweetheart!!! Many many congratulations.” Producer Guneet Monga also joined in with her heartfelt message, saying, “Congratulations both of you.”
Gauahar Khan wrote, “Allahumma baarik laha . Many congratulations . May the almighty protect ur baby n bless her with all the goodness life has to offer . Ameen.”

Swara Bhasker and Fahad Ahmad had earlier shared the news of their pregnancy in June. They made the announcement with a touching photo album on Instagram, where Swara showcased her beautiful baby bump, with Fahad Ahmad standing by her side. Swara wrote in the caption, “Sometimes all your prayers are answered all together! Blessed, grateful, excited (and clueless ) as we step into a whole new world.”
Swara Bhaskar and Fahad Ahmad had a court wedding in February this year.
