Suhana Khan Reveals She ‘Felt Insignificant’ On Her First Day Of Shoot, Credits Shah Rukh Khan And Gauri As Her Sources Of Guidance

She Described The Stark Difference Between Being On A Real Film Set As A Working Actor, With The Numerous People

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, Suhana Khan, is all set to make her grand Bollywood debut in the film ‘The Archies,’ based on the American comic book series by Archie Publications. The Indian adaptation will be directed by the dynamic filmmaker Zoya Akhtar. Suhana, who has dreamed of becoming an actor since childhood, is now on the verge of realizing her dream with her first release coming soon.

In a recent interview with ‘India Today,’ the star kid expressed that she “felt insignificant” on her first day of filming. She described the stark difference between being on a real film set as a working actor, with the numerous people, lights, hair, makeup, and overall chaos. She acknowledged that everything happening around her was contributing to director Zoya’s vision. She admitted feeling extremely nervous but also excited about the experience.

Suhana Khan also credited her parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, as her biggest sources of guidance when it comes to handling critics and feedback.

Notably, Suhana’s brother, Aryan Khan, is also gearing up for his debut, but not as an actor. He will be directing a web series under SRK’s prestigious production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, which is set to begin production after the writing stage is completed.

The film ‘The Archies’ also features other prominent names from film families, including Khushi Kapoor (the daughter of the late Sridevi) and Agastya Nanda (the grandson of the legendary Amitabh Bachchan). Additionally, it introduces four new faces, including popular web series actor Mihir Ahuja. This teen musical-comedy film, produced by Tiger Baby Productions, is scheduled to premiere directly on Netflix on December 7, 2023.
