Bollywood King Shah Rukh Khan and Tamil superstar Vijay Sethupathi came together to deliver the biggest blockbuster of all time. Sethupathi turned antagonist for SRK’s film Jawan, directed by Atlee. Those who have watched the film will agree that it’s a cinematic treat to watch these two legends together in a massy film. As the film is making records at the box office, Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi, Atlee and Deepika Padukone gathered in Mumbai on Friday evening for a press conference.
During the event, SRK and Sethupathi had a bromance moment. Vijay was asked to react to the massive success of Jawan. In his reply, he kept praising SRK and his stardom as he said, “Don’t ask me! Sir has seen so much success. First of all, I didn’t expect so much love on the first day of release in Chennai. So many people called me and said that they couldn’t get the tickets first day first show. People love him (SRK) so much. His name is enough. Everybody loves him so much. The way he treats people, he gives only love. There is nothing less, nothing more. If somebody has written Shah Rukh Khan, you can go and hug that name also. That’s all. And I love you sir.”
To this, Shah Rukh Khan replied, “I love you more back, sir! I think after the press conference, if I may propose to you and we can marry now, sir.”
Vijay Sethupathi agreed as he said, “There’s nothing wrong sir. Love you.”
In Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan plays the dual role of father and son. Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt have interesting cameos in the film. Other cast members include Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover and Nayanthara.
