No one can trust Bollywood relationships; we have seen many such relationships where people date each other for many years and then split. Even after getting married, it has become normal for them to get divorced and find another love. We all know that Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were one of the favourite couples at the time when they were dating each other. When they collaborated on the movie “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam,” their love story began. Following that, Aish appeared in the 2002 movie Hum Tumhare Hai Sanam as Salman’s girlfriend.
But after dating for several years, they decided to part ways. Soon after news of their split came out, people did not get any hint as to why they broke up with each other. Later, Aish herself confirmed the news about their separation.
Aishwarya Rai discussed the difficulties she faced while dating Salman Khan in a previous interview. She admitted that even though she remained with him during the worst of his alcoholic misbehaviour, she still experienced his verbal, physical, and mental abuse, infidelity, and degrading treatment. And that’s why she ended her relationship with him.
The statement does not go well for Salman’s younger brother, Sohail Khan. He criticised Aish for not properly acknowledging her relationship. Speaking to the media, he said that “now she (Aishwarya) weeps in public. When she was going around with him, when she used to visit our home so often, like part of our family, did she ever acknowledge the relationship? She never did. That made Salman feel furious. He wanted to know how much she loved him. She would never let him be sure of that.
Later, talking about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s relationship with actor Vivek Oberoi, Sohail Khan said, “She was in constant touch with Salman Khan till recently on the mobile, and that’s what upset Vivek.”
