The makers of ‘Animal’ released another song from the movie ‘Satranga’ today, on 27th of October. Since the announcement of the movie, it has been a topic of discussion. The release of Satranga has stretched the excitement of the audience to another level. This song is written by Siddharth- Garima and sung by Arijit Singh. The first song ‘Hua Main’ and now this, ‘Satranga’, two completely contradictory songs, have put audiences in confusion.
Song starts with a Karwa Chauth night. Ranbir comes home late. As soon as he arrives, Rashmika takes him to the terrace to break the fast but he tells her something which makes her upset. Later, he does something which makes his parents come to this couple’s room. His father asks whether everything is okay or not, but he hides the truth and tells them that everything is fine, which in fact, is not, and then the whole song revolves around increasing tension and stress between this married couple. At the end of the song, Ranbir asks her to promise him that she will not marry any other person if he dies in a fight. The song reveals the ‘Husband-Wife’ problems between Ranbir and Rashmika.
This song set the climax of the movie. Ranbir’s look in this song is quite messy but powerful. Hua Main song has beautifully portrayed these love birds but Satranga breaks this image. Satranga is more about Ranbir being a so-called red flag of relationship.
The movie is full of action, romance and drama at the same time. As shown in the teaser, it is going to be interesting to watch the stressful father-son relationship between Anil Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor. It will be a treat for audiences to watch Ranbir in the character of the ganglord. Along with these three characters, Bobby Deol and Shakti Kapoor will be seen as prominent characters in the movie.
