2 years back in 2019, the thespian film maker and trailblazing national award winning film director who is considered one of finest iconic film makers of our Indian cinema also famously known as Bollywood, Sanjay Leela Bhansali had left all the fans and netizens pleasantly surprised and excited by announcing Inshallah with ensemble cast of global superstar and iconic bollywood actor Salman Khan and gen Z bollywood actress Alia Bhatt in the leading roles which was originally a story about a young woman and older man but it didn’t workout due to creative differences between Salman and Sanjay which made this project being shelved but now according to latest reports, Sanjay Leela Bhansali to revive Inshallah with Hrithik and Alia.

The report clearly stated that the film maker and ace national award winning director has decided to revive this shelved film project with Hrithik Roshan in the lead since he has finished working on Alia Bhatt starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi. Now he can easily focus on other project and also feels that Hrithik Roshan and Alia Bhatt are literally the perfect fit for the character and storyline. War (2019) fame bollywood actor had several meetings with the director has liked the script but also requested for certain alterations and currently Sanjay is working on the script keeping in mind about those alterations to be made.
The said digital entertainment news publication shares, “Bhansali is currently working on Heera Mandi, a web series which has been in the making for some time now. Directed by Vibhu Puri, it is going to go on floors soon. On the other hand, the filmmaker is also working on Inshallah since he has finished Gangubai Kathiawadi and can focus on a new project. Since it is a story of the mature romance between a young girl and a much older guy, he feels Roshan and Bhatt would make a good pair. The actor has had several meetings with the filmmaker. He has liked the script but has requested for certain modifications. Bhansali is also reworking on the script”.
This much awaited bollywood hindi film is most likely to be going on floors for filming and shooting by the second half of 2022 in next year as currently Hrithik at present is really busy in shooting for his magnum opus bollywood films which are Tamil hit film Vikram Vedha hindi remake and Fighter and post this, he’s going to be busy in shooting for Inshallah post both these films get completed.
Also if these speculations turn out to be true, it will be Hrithik’s reunion with SLB after 10 long years as this dynamic actor and director duo had worked together on the cult and iconic hindi movie ‘Guzaarish’ a decade back in 2010.
