Meghna Gulzar’s directorial Sam Bahadur is a biographical war drama film based on the life of India’s first field marshal, Sam Manekshaw. The biopic stars Vicky Kaushal as Vicky Kaushal as Sam Manekshaw, Sanya Malhotra as Silloo Manekshaw, Fatima Sana Shaikh as Indira Gandhi, and Neeraj Kabi as Jawaharlal Nehru among others. Sam Bahadur will be released in theatres on 1 December 2023.

After delivering spectacular performances in films like URI and Raazi, Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal will now be seen essaying the role of India’s first field marshal, Sam Manekshaw in the biographical war drama film. As per TellyChakkar, the actor was paid a whopping 10cr for his role in the film.
Fatima Sana Shaikh Fee For Sam Bahadur
Following Vicky Kaushal actress Fatima Sana Shaikh will also be seen in the titular role in the film as Indira Gandhi. As per the portal, the actress has been paid a total of approx. 1cr for her role in the film.
Sanya Malhotra Fee For Sam Bahadur
Apart from Fatima Sana Shaikh, her Dangal co-star Sanya Malhotra will also be seen in the film playing the role of Silloo Manekshaw, Sam Manekshaw’s wife in the film. The actress was also paid 1cr to essay the role of Sam’s wife in the film.

Meawnhile supporting role actors like Neeraj Kabi, Edward Sonnenblick, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub were paid in the range of 30-50 Lakhs. Meghna Gulzar’s film Sam Bahadur has been made on a budget of approx. 70-80cr.
