Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has made headlines with the sale of two of his apartments in Mumbai’s Goregaon area, fetching an impressive Rs 15.25 crore. The actor originally purchased these two generous 1,324 square feet apartments in December 2014 for Rs 4.64 crore each, and they boasted a combined total of six parking spaces, according to documents accessed by online property consultancy IndexTap.com.

As per Moneycontrol, the stamp duty for each unit amounted to a significant Rs 45.75 lakh. The transaction, finalized on November 6, included the sale of one of the flats to an individual already residing within the same housing complex.

In another notable development, Ranveer’s wife, Deepika Padukone, has made a substantial investment of over Rs 100 crore. She recently acquired a sea-facing penthouse with 3 to 4 floors in the prestigious Sagar Resham Building on Bandra Band Stand.

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Ranveer Singh is gearing up to reprise his role as Simmba in Rohit Shetty’s much-anticipated police drama, ‘Singham Again.’ The film, scheduled for release on Independence Day 2024, boasts an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff, and Deepika Padukone. It is set to face off against Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2.’

In addition to ‘Singham Again,’ Ranveer is set to feature in ‘Don 3,’ directed by Farhan Akhtar. The ‘Don’ series, known for its captivating narratives, thrilling action sequences, and memorable moments, had its first installment released in 2006, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Priyanka Chopra, and Boman Irani. The sequel, ‘Don 2,’ achieved commercial success in 2011, featuring a special appearance by Hrithik Roshan.

Notably, Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming directorial venture is a modern rendition of the 1978 film ‘Don,’ where Amitabh Bachchan played the lead role, promising a contemporary twist to the classic tale. Fans are eagerly anticipating Ranveer Singh’s involvement in these high-profile projects, both on and off the screen.
