Nawazuddin Siddiqui is in the headlines with his estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui. Everyone was shocked by the allegation that his wife puts against him. The children are now with Aaliya, and the actor misses them. She reportedly claimed that Nawazuddin and his family had ejected her and her children from their bungalow in Andheri. Aaliya and Nawazuddin are reportedly going to resolve their issues and their legal matter.
According to ETimes reports, the actor has informed the Bombay High Court that he will drop his lawsuit against Aaliya. Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s attorney Pradeep Thorat claims that the Haddi actor testified in court that he filed the habeas corpus petition because his children had gone missing from school in Dubai and he was unable to find them. The solicitor claims to be aware of the actor Tiku Weds Sheru’s potential for just a little relief. Nawaz, though, asserted that he had not actually seen his children. According to India Today and Etimes, Nawaz will drop his plea if his issues are resolved.
Shikhar Khandelwal, Aaliya Siddiqui’s lawyer, claimed that Nawazuddin’s appeal was unnecessary and that it was Nawaz who failed to visit his children while she was staying at his Andheri bungalow.The defence attorney asserts that Aaliya never prevented Nawazuddin from seeing their kids. He further questioned Nawaz’s ignorance about Aaliya and their children’s residence in their Andheri bungalow.
