Mark Zuckerberg shared his enthusiasm for this development on Facebook, saying, “Today we’restarting to roll out WhatsApp Channels globally and adding thousands of new channels that people can follow in WhatsApp. You can find Channels in the new ‘Updates’ tab.”
The launch of WhatsApp Channels has already seen numerous celebrities from different domains join the platform to engage with their fans and followers in a more direct and personal manner.
